Cariños by Eydee was created in 2004 to
bring a fashion forward retail shopping
experience to our customers, but hopefully we
don't stop there. We aim to be fashionable -
not exclusive. We are reaching out to everyone.
We will always greet you and make you feel
welcome. We want to provide high quality
products at a reasonable price. We want to be
approachable, affordable, and affable. You
should feel comfortable knowing that, in addition
to seeking out the most fashion forward
products for you, we are equally passionate
about making you feel at home in Cariños by
Eydee. In fact, Cariños loosely translates into
small loving gestures or something done with
great affection. Initially, we hoped the business
would give us the opportunity to interact with
different people, deepen friendships, continue
learning, and ultimately develop an outlet for
benevolence. Eydee is the heart and soul of the
business. Through humble beginnings she
moved from selling jewelry part time out of a
brown paper sack, grew to a satchel, then to a
briefcase, a duffel bag, and finally took the leap
of faith of renting a small space on Blanco Rd. in
MidTown San Antonio. With her ever-energetic,
loving spirit she has been able to touch many
lives already. December 13, 2006 we moved to a
new location right in the heart of Downtown San
Antonio. Our hope is that by visiting us,
whether you purchase or not, you leave feeling
beautiful - inside and out.
